MIELIZIA offers the finest honeys, which are the culmination of work that all begins with a bee landing on a flower and continues with the fascinating and tireless work of beekeepers, until the product arrives on our dining tables, after scrupulous checks carried out by Mielizia to guarantee freshness and quality. Honey is gently softened at a temperature of no more than 40°C, which is also the maximum temperature found inside the hive, to preserve the original flavour, aroma and nutritional properties.
