Eggs with sunflower honey

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 8 eggs
  • Sunflower honey
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat a non-stick pan with a little sunflower honey, to be used instead of oil or butter. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them over low heat for a few moments.

Cook to your preferred consistency. Every now and then, use a teaspoon to scoop up some honey from the bottom and pour it over the yolks so that they cook on the surface and take on flavor.

Transfer the eggs to a plate with a spatula, add a pinch of salt and a grating of pepper, and serve immediately with fresh bread.
