Ingredients:
- 240g of sesame seeds
- 80g of sugar
- 240g of sulla honey
- 2 tablespoons of water
Method
Toast the sesame seeds in a pan, add the sulla honey, sugar and water and cook for twenty minutes. Pour the mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and level out to the desired thickness with a lightly oiled palette knife. Shape into small, regular rectangles and leave to cool.
