For 12 skewers:
  • fruit of your choice (strawberries, melon, kiwi, banana, pineapple, orange, apple)
  • mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of acacia honey
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Wash the mint leaves and chop the fruit into large cubes. Thread the pieces of fruit onto the skewers. Arrange on a fancy serving plate, drizzle the acacia honey all over the fruit and sprinkle with sesame seeds and the mint leaves. Alternatively, in between the fruit you can have cubes of mozzarella, previously dipped in the acacia honey and sprinkled with sesame seeds. For savoury skewers, you can prepare chunks of feta cheese dipped in honey and sprinkled with sesame seeds, in between Pachino cherry tomatoes and pieces of toasted bread.
