It is collected at the end of spring and throughout the summer in central and southern Italy
Tips for use
It is ideal for the production of crunchy nougat and various other sweets, as well as for sweetening tea, coffee and infusions. Thanks to its subtle aroma, it does not alter the taste of food or drinks and can be used as an ideal substitute for acacia honey.
