Our co-operative is committed to building a network of relationships that promotes, disseminates and communicates all of this, in the belief that there is a strong link between people and the environment, and between health and nutrition. And all of this begins with the commitment of individual producers and is furthered through Conapi’s activities, which aim to promote a culture of appreciation for these products.

The main objectives identified by the company’s management in adopting the Quality Management System are:

to consistently ensure the highest possible level of quality, in line with new mandatory and voluntary standards and with a view to placing ever greater emphasis on the environment;
to improve coordination between the various company departments and increase their efficiency, by reviewing current processes and adopting standardised and shared working procedures;
to engage internal staff through career development plans and training programmes aimed not only at developing technical skills specific to the innovative processes implemented, but also at enhancing cultural awareness and general knowledge.

Great importance is placed on developing the skills needed to work in groups and as a team, and to achieve collective results.

Traceability

Every jar of honey tells a story of bees, flowers, regions and people. This is why we believe in traceability: a tool that allows us to trace the product’s origin and gain a better understanding of the work of the beekeepers who made it possible.

We want to provide consumers with clear and accessible information, bringing those who produce our products closer to those who choose them every day. Because behind every honey there is a journey that deserves to be known and celebrated.
