The Management’s main aims in the adoption of its Quality Management System are: to constantly assure the best possible level of quality, in accordance with the latest compulsory and voluntary standards and with the aim of focusing increasing attention on the environment; to improve coordination between the various company functions and boost their efficiency through the review of current processes and the adoption of standard and shared working methods to motivate its workforce by creating career development and training plans intended to grow not only the specific technical skills required for the innovative processes implemented but also general culture and knowledge, multi-disciplinary skills and identification with the Conapi value system, particularly for the company’s many young employees. Major importance will be given to developing teamwork skills and the ability to meet goals together.
Traceability
Through traceability, we aim to enable consumers to access information on the producers and product and immediately reconstruct their history. Traceability is also an essential tool for bridging the gap between the producers and consumers of our products, so producers can publicise their products’ quality and consumers can find the information they need.
