Guardians of the bees

Men and women with deep ties to their local areas, united by a passion for bees and bee products. They adhere to a set of guidelines that govern their day-to-day work, defining practices and criteria for managing hives and harvesting honey, pollen, royal jelly and propolis. From Piedmont to Sicily, Mielizia’s beekeepers work in close harmony with the bees, combining experience, observation and care to support their natural life cycle.

The honey supply chain

Mielizia honeys are the tangible result of the CONAPI “honey supply chain” model, which runs from selection of the areas of origin to production in the apiary, followed by packaging and marketing and sale of the end product.
