Red radicchio leaves with acacia honey, gorgonzola mousse, and mascarpone

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 head of Treviso radicchio
  • 50g mascarpone cheese
  • 40g gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tablespoons acacia honey

Preparation

Clean the radicchio head and select the best leaves. Prepare a mousse with 50g of mascarpone, 40g of gorgonzola, and two tablespoons of acacia honey, carefully mixing the ingredients in a bowl. Place the mousse inside the radicchio leaves.
