Tips for use
Ideal for use in cakes, for sweetening and flavouring yoghurts and custard and whipped cream desserts; use cold to appreciate all its flavour. This honey lends itself to infinite possible pairings. It can be used in omelettes, spring vegetable salads and creative vinaigrettes, and with raw or cooked fish and fresh to mature stretched curd cheeses (scamorza, provola, caciocavallo and mozzarella).
