Place the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix. Add the egg, milk, and honey and mix with a flat whisk. Add the pollen and mix until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Place a spoonful of the creamy mixture into each muffin cup and garnish with a pinch of pollen. Bake at 170°C in a static oven for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
